Therapy is a personal and often difficult journey.

My belief is that each of us can find the healing that we need!  However, throughout our live we have received messages from emotional wounds that prevent us from attaining that healing.

I provide a warm, compassionate, and empathic setting. Together we will effectively navigate through life stressors and old emotional wounds to find healing, purpose and meaning.

My background includes working with clients with Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID) who have experienced childhood sexual abuse and violence. I also have experience working with clients who suffer from depression, anxiety, and mood disorders.  My goal is to assist clients in finding their own strengths, nurturing self-confidence and developing a sense of empowerment.

Reach out and let's start your healing journey now!
